1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71-68 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore,. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as foll- <br />ows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by Church of the Deliverance, Willie James <br />Staley, Trustee, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 2, 3, 4 & 5, Macedonia Baptist Church Subdivision <br />Plat Book 7, Page 53, Indian River County Records. <br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to R-1 <br />Single Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />DEC 2 2 1971 <br />
