Upon Motion by Commissioner Loy, second by Commissioner <br />Massey, the Board unanimously approved the Agreement with the <br />Department of Commerce, referred to as the Program Agent and <br />authorized the signature of the Chairman. <br />The Attorney recommended that the returned signed copy <br />of the above agreement be filed in the minutes of the meeting <br />following its return. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Massey, second of Commissioner <br />Loy, the Board unanimously approved collection letters to be•sent <br />to the Assistant States Attorneys for undue compensation paid to <br />them since September 30, 1971. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas and unanimously carried that authorization <br />be given for advertisement for public hearing for proposed changes <br />to the Zoning Ordinance. <br />The Florida Division of Corrections Report of Inspection <br />of County Jails and County Prisons on the Indian River County -Jail <br />was received and placed on file in the office of the Clerk. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, the State Witness Payroll for the County <br />Court, November 1971,Term in the amount of $161.08 was unanimously <br />approved. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the application for <br />permit to carry a firearm by Henry A. Fischer be approved. <br />Notice to Report to Veterans Administration Center in <br />Bay Pines, Florida was received from George E. Stokes, County + <br />Service Officer. <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Loy, second of Commissioner <br />Dritenbas, the out of County travel of Forrest N. McCullars, County <br />Extension Director to Fort Pierce on December 15 to attend Agricultural <br />Research Center was unanimously approved. <br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, the Board unanimously approved the continuations y� <br />Pork <br />IMEC 2 2 1971 <br />
