Internal costs incurred in making prints during the design, permitting, construction, and <br />certification phases of the PROJECT and any other outside reproduction costs incurred <br />by the ENGINEER in performance of his project responsibilities. <br />c. Expense for transportation and lodging related to the PROJECT outside of Indian River, <br />St. Lucie, Brevard, Okeechobee, and Martin Counties, including airplane travel, private <br />airline fares, and automobiles as approved in writing by the CLIENT. <br />d. Such other direct outside expenses as incurred by ENGINEER in perfonnance of his <br />project responsibilities. <br />V. EXTENT OF AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement represents the entire and integrated Agreement between the CLIENT and the <br />ENGINEER and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations and/or agreements, either written or <br />oral. There shall be no modifications or changes to this Agreement except those made in writing and <br />signed by both CLIENT and ENGINEER. <br />Vl. ACCEPTANCE <br />The CLIENT and the ENGINEER agree to the terms of this Agreement as outlined. The ENGINEER'S <br />receipt of a copy of this Agreement signed by the CLIENT and Record Title Holder, if different from <br />CLIENT, shall constitute Notice to Proceed to the ENGINEER. <br />Vila RETAINER/OBLIGATION TO PROCEED <br />Vlll, RECORD TITLE HOLDER <br />If the Record title Holder of the Property is other than the CLIENT, then the Record Title Holder by <br />his/its execution of this Agreement hereby acknowledges that the services being provided by <br />ENGINEER pursuant to this Agreement will be of benefit to the Property and hereby agrees that the <br />Property shall stand as security for any amounts owed to ENGINEER by CLIENT and further agrees <br />that ENGINEER shall have the right to file such liens as may be appropriate against the Property and to <br />proceed to foreclosure upon said liens in the event that CLIENT fails to pay the amounts due to <br />ENGINEER pursuant to this Agreement. <br />P.O.
