ARTICLE 3 <br /> GENERAL <br /> 3 . 1 Masculine pronouns used herein shall refer to men or women or both . The use of <br /> masculine job classification titles shall be construed as including both genders . <br /> 3 . 2 Unless otherwise stated in this agreement , references to "days" shall mean <br /> calendar days and not work days . <br /> 3 . 3 The term " Department Head " as used in this agreement is defined as the level of <br /> administrator in the employees ' department or division who reports directly to the <br /> County Administrator . <br /> 3 . 4 Whenever the terms " County Administrator" or " Department Head " are used , the <br /> terms shall be interpreted to include their duly authorized representatives . <br /> 3 <br />
