3. The CONTRACTOR shall record, the Public Construction Bond with the <br />Public Record Section of the Indian River County Courthouse located at <br />2000 16th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. The recorded bonds shall <br />be forwarded to the Indian River County Purchasing Division on or before <br />the seventh day after it is recorded. The CONTRACTOR shall pay all <br />costs. <br />SC -5.03 Certificates of Insurance <br />SC -5.03 Delete the second sentence of paragraph GC -5.03 in its entirety. <br />SC -5.04 CONTRACTOR's Liability Insurance <br />SC -5.04 Add the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC -5.04.8: <br />C. The limits of liability for the insurance required by paragraph 5.04 of the General <br />Conditions shall provide coverage for not less than the following amounts or <br />greater where required by Laws and Regulations: <br />1. Worker's Compensation: To meet statutory limits in compliance with the <br />Worker's Compensation Law of Florida. This policy must include <br />Employer Liability with a limit $100,000 for each accident, $500,000 <br />disease (policy limit) and $100,000 disease (each employee). Such <br />policy shall include a waiver of subrogation as against OWNER and <br />ENGINEER on account of injury sustained by an employee(s) of the <br />CONTRACTOR. <br />2. Commercial General Liability: Coverage shall provide minimum limits of <br />liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily <br />Injury and Property Damage. This shall include coverage for: <br />a. Premises/Operations <br />b. Products/Completed Operations <br />C6 Contractual Liability <br />d. Independent Contractors <br />e. Explosion <br />f. Collapse <br />g. Underground. <br />3. Business Auto Liability: Coverage shall provide minimum limits of liability <br />of $1,000,000 per occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and <br />Property Damage. This shall include coverage for: <br />a. Owner Autos <br />b. Hired Autos <br />Co Non -Owned Autos. <br />4. CONTRACTOR's "All Risk" Insurance: CONTRACTOR shall secure <br />Builders' Risk "All Risk" insurance at his expense and provide properly <br />completed and executed "Certificates of Insurance and Insurance <br />Endorsement" forms in the exact wording and format presented in these <br />Contract Documents before starting work. <br />5. Special Requirements: <br />a. Ten (10) days prior to the commencement of any work under this <br />Contract, certificates of insurance and endorsement forms in the <br />exact wording and format as presented in these Contract <br />Documents will be provided to the OWNER's Risk Manager for <br />review and approval. <br />b.
