19 <br />■ <br />SECTION 00458 - List of Subcontractors <br />The Bidder SHALL list below the name and address of each Subcontractor who will perform <br />work under this Contract in excess of one-half percent of the total bid price, and shall also list <br />the portion of the work which will be done by such Subcontractor. After the opening of Bids, <br />changes or substitutions will not be allowed unless approved by Indian River County after a <br />request for such a change has been submitted in writing by the Contractor, which shall include <br />reasons for such request.
