SECTION 00550 = Notice to Proceed <br />[Certified Mail -- Return Receipt Requested] <br />TO: <br />ADDRESS: <br />Contract For: <br />(BIDDER) <br />Indian River Blvd. & 17th St. Intersection Improvements <br />IRC Project No: 1024 <br />IRC Bid No. 2011048 <br />Dated <br />You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br />By that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract <br />Documents. The contract has allocated 60 days for Substantial Completion of this project and <br />90 days for Final Completion. In accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement the date of <br />Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br />CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained aft <br />insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br />approved by the OWNER, nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br />work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br />obtained and approved. All such insurance shall remain in effect until final payment and at all <br />times thereafter when CONTRACTOR may be correcting, removing or replacing defective Work <br />in accordance with Article 13. <br />Also, before you may start any Work at the Site, you must: <br />(add other requirements, if applicable) <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan shall be approved by Michael D. Nixon, P.E. and the <br />Indian River County Sr. Stormwater Inspector. <br />Submit a Maintenance of Traffic Plan to be approved by the Indian River County Traffic <br />Engineer through Michael D.
