<br /> and Regulations , whether at the Site or in CONTRACTOR Is

<br /> e . Deposits lost for causes other than administration of the Work and not specifically
<br /> negligence of CONTRACTOR , any Sub- included in the agreed upon schedule of job
<br /> contractor, or anyone directly or indirectly classifications referred to in paragraph
