SECTION 00550 - Notice to Proceed <br /> [Certified Mail -- Return Receipt Requested ] Dated <br /> TO : <br /> (BIDDER)BIDDER) <br /> Contract For: <br /> Miscellaneous Drainage Culvert Replacements <br /> IRC Project No : 1142 <br /> IRC Bid No . 2012037 <br /> You are notified that the Contract Times under the above contract will commence to run on <br /> By that date , you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract <br /> Documents . The contract has allocated 90 days for Substantial Completion of this project and <br /> 120 days for Final Completion . In accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement the date of <br /> Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br /> insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br /> approved by the OWNER , nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br /> work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br /> obtained and approved .
