A. CONTRACTOR shall purchase and maintain to these additional insureds shall provide
<br /> such liability and other insurance as is appropriate for primary coverage for all claims covered
<br /> the Work being performed and as will provide thereby;
<br /> protection from claims set forth below which may
<br /> arise out of or result from CONTRACTOR ' s 2 , include at least the specific
<br /> performance of the Work and CONTRACTOR ' s other coverages and be written for not less than the
<br /> obligations under the Contract Documents , whether it limits of liability provided in the Supplementary
<br /> is to be performed by CONTRACTOR , any Subcon- Conditions or required by Laws or Regulations ,
<br /> tractor or Supplier, or by anyone directly or indirectly whichever is greater;
<br /> employed by any of them to perform any of the Work ,
<br /> or by anyone for whose acts any of them may be 3 , include completed operations
<br /> liable : insurance ,
<br /> 1 , claims under workers ' compensa- 4 , include contractual liability insurance
<br /> tion , disability benefits , and other similar covering CONTRACTOR 's indemnity
<br /> employee benefit acts ; obligations under paragraphs 6 . 07 , 6 . 11 , and
<br /> 2 , claims for damages because of 6 . 20 ;
<br /> bodily injury , occupational sickness or disease , 5 , contain a provision or endorsement
<br /> or death of CONTRACTOR ' s employees ; that the coverage afforded will not be canceled ,
<br /> materially changed or renewal refused until at
<br /> 3 , claims for damages because of least thirty days prior written notice has been
<br /> bodily injury, sickness or disease , or death of given to OWNER and CONTRACTOR and to
<br /> any person other than CONTRACTOR ' s each other additional insured identified in the
<br /> employees ; Supplementary Conditions to whom a certifi-
<br /> cate of insurance has been issued (and the
<br /> 4 , claims for damages insured by certificates of insurance furnished by the CON -
<br /> reasonably available personal injury liability TRACTOR pursuant to paragraph 5 . 03 will so
<br /> coverage which are sustained : ( i ) by any provide) ;
<br /> person as a result of an offense directly or
<br /> indirectly related to the employment of such 6 , remain in effect at least until final
<br /> person by CONTRACTOR , or ( ii) by any other payment and at all times thereafter when CON -

<br /> replacing defective Work in accordance with

<br /> damage arising out of the ownership , mainte- each other additional insured identified in the
<br /> nance or use of any motor vehicle . Supplementary Conditions , to whom a
<br /> certificate of insurance has been issued ,
<br /> B . The policies of insurance so required by this evidence satisfactory to OWNER and any such
<br /> paragraph 5 . 04 to be purchased and maintained additional insured of continuation of such
