Extend piping with a concrete mitered end to drain the roadside swale south of structure <br /> S-8. <br /> Reason for Change Order: The proposed pipe extension under the proposed sidewalk at station 220+ 15 <br /> is to accommodate drainage that has been historically draining to an existing ditch east of Old Dixie <br /> Highway.
