RESOLUTION NO. 72-7 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after piblic hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as <br />follows; property belonging to J. Vincent Sparks. <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 and S 1/2 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 <br />and S 100 ft. of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 20, <br />Township 31 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County Re- <br />cords and being 31.51 acres. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural+ District and M-1 Restricted <br />Industrial District to R-1MP Mobile Home Park District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />15 i'A"AG <br />41 <br />JAN I '191Z <br />0 <br />
