The Attorney requested that the following letter be made
a part of the minutes:
CMARLRS A. MITCHRLL (790I•T949)
JOHN C. NITCHRLL (/98..1941)
MARSHALL O. MITCHICU. PLORIOA 06960
TRLRPHONR 0670401
ARRA DOOR to
After receiving your letter of December 28, 1971, I con-
tacted Richard Bogosian and advised him that the Hospital Board
would not be meeting until the end of January. He advised me that
inasmuch as they were not meeting, a similar letter to mine of
December 13, 1971 would be iii order, provided a member of the
Board of Trustees signed said request. Since Robert Jackson, who
is Chairman of the Board, is out of town, I am having Grant Neville,
who is Secretary of the Board, sign this letter of request and again
ask that this be considered a .formal request by the Indian River
County Hospital District to place on the ballot for the March general
election the issue as to whether or not the Board of Trustees of
said District may issue bonds in an amount nor to exceed '$7,500,000
for the construction of a new hospital or alteration of the ,existing
facilities for the Indian River Memorial Hospital. As I stated in
the previous letter, the specific wording on the ballot will be given
to Rosemary. Richey within the next'week.
I am following the procedure that Richard outlined to me
and he assured me that the matter would be taken care of at your
January 5th meeting. If any problems are foreseen, please call
sou 15 /pIE115
