M. having passed, the <br />Deputy Clerk read the following Notice with.proof of publication <br />attached, to -wit:. <br />VERO BEACH PRESS -JOURNAL <br />Published Weekly <br />Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER.- <br />STATE <br />IVER;STATE OF FLORIDA <br />Before the undersigned authority personally appeared J. J. Schumann, who on oath <br />says that he is Business Manager of the Vero Beach Press-Joumal, a weekly newspaper <br />published at Vero Beach in Indian River County, Florida; that the attached copy of advertise- <br />ment, being a <br />the matter of tf <br />—�Ly'l c^"L <br />In the Court, was pub- <br />lished in said newspaper in the issues of <br />Affiant further says that the said Vero Beach Press-Joumal is a newspaper published at <br />Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, and that the said newspaper has heretofore <br />been continuously published in said Indian River County, Florida, weekly and has been entered <br />as second class mail matter at the post office in Vero Beach, in said Indian River County, Florida <br />for a period of one year next preceeding the first publication of the attached copy of adver- <br />tisement; and affiant further says that he has neither paid nor promised any person, firm or <br />corporation any discount, rebate, commission or refund for the purpose of securing this adver- <br />tisement for publication in the said newspaper. <br />Sworn to and subscribed before me this _ 4` day of.---L—Q-t A.D. 19 71 <br />(Business Manager) <br />(Clerk oft ircuit Court, Indian River County, Florida) <br />(SEAQ <br />NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that <br />the Zoning Corhmission' of Indian <br />River County, Florida, has made Its <br />final report recommending the <br />following changes and additions to <br />the Zoning Resolution of Indian <br />River County, Florida, which said <br />changes and additions are subs- <br />tantially as follows: <br />That the Zoning Map be changed. <br />In order that the following described <br />property, situated In Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Indian River Acres Subdivision, <br />Plat Book 8, Page 9, Indian <br />River County Records. <br />Be changed- from R-2 Single - <br />Family District and CA Com- <br />mercial District to RAPM <br />Permanent Mobile Home <br />Subdivision _District <br />A public hearing in relation <br />thereto at which parties'in interest <br />and citizens shall have an op- <br />portunity to be heard will be held by <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, in <br />the Commissioners Room, Indian - <br />River County Courthouse, Vero <br />Beach, Florida, at 10:00 o'clock <br />A.M. on the 19th day of January, <br />1972, after which said Board will <br />take action thereon with respect to <br />any other changes in zoning of said <br />above described property or any <br />lesser or greater area in the vicinity <br />of said property or pertaining to said <br />changes as shall appear proper. <br />Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />By: Richard P. Bogoslan, <br />Chairman <br />Dec. 30, 1971. <br />The Chairman then asked if anyone present wished to be heard. <br />Residents of Indian River Acres Subdivision appeared, stating that <br />deed restrictions had made the Subdivision strictly adult, and that <br />they were fearful this restriction might be changed. They were <br />assured by the Board that the zoning change had no bearing on deed <br />restrictions, and a Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey and the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />b bk 13, r'pJ100 <br />JAN 15 197� <br />
