WATER MAINS <br /> 1 ) GENERAL <br /> A) Scope <br /> The work to be performed under this Item shall include the furnishing of all materials , equipment and <br /> labor required for the installation of water mains as herein described and as shown on the Plans . <br /> The Contractor shall perform all excavation , backfilling , compacting , testing and related work required <br /> for the construction of these water mains in accordance with the provisions set forth under the <br /> applicable items of this Specification . <br /> B) References <br /> Constructed per Indian River County Requirements and Specifications per latest revision . <br /> PW- 1 - 1 <br />
