12 ) AS - BUILT DRAWINGS <br /> A) During the installation of - Drainage Pipe and Structures the Contractor shall keep accurate <br /> records of the As-Built construction showing the location of all changes in alignment , services , <br /> utility crossings , and similar data . Items shall be located from permanent objects such as <br /> centerline of street , manholes , valves , etc .
