The contract has allocated 120 days for Substantial Completion of this project and <br /> 150 days for Final Completion . In accordance with Article 4 of the Agreement the date <br /> of <br /> Substantial Completion is and the date of readiness for final payment is <br /> CONTRACTOR shall not commence work under this Contract until he has obtained all <br /> insurance required under Article 5 and such insurance has been delivered to the OWNER and <br /> approved by the OWNER , nor shall the CONTRACTOR allow any Subcontractor to commence <br /> work on his subcontract until all similar insurance required of the Subcontractor has been so <br /> obtained and approved .
