C . The OWNER will be given thirty ( 30 ) days notice prior to cancellation or modification of any stipulated insurance . Such notification will be in writing by registered mail , return receipt requested and addressed to the OWNER ' s Risk Manager. d . An appropriate " Indemnification " clause shall be made a provision of the Contract ( see paragraph 6 . 20 of the General Conditions ) . e . It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to insure that all subcontractors comply with all insurance requirements . f. It should be remembered that these are minimum requirements , which are subject to modification in response to high hazard operation . g . Insured must be authorized to do business and have an agent for service of process in Florida and have an AAA policyholder' s rating and financial rating of a least Class XI in accordance with the most current Best 's Rating , D .
