11 , 10 <br /> 4 . All costs of inspection and testing performed during overtime work by the <br /> CONTRACTOR , which is allowed solely for the convenience of the <br /> CONTRACTOR , shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR , and a credit given to the <br /> OWNER to deduct the costs of all such inspection and testing from any payments <br /> otherwise due the CONTRACTOR . <br /> 5 . All costs of OWNER ' s employees and costs of ENGINEER 's Consultant resulting <br /> from overtime work by the CONTRACTOR , which is allowed solely for the <br /> convenience of the CONTRACTOR , shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR , and a <br /> credit given to OWNER to deduct all such costs from any PY payments otherwise due <br /> the CONTRACTOR . <br /> 6 . No work shall commence before 7 a . m . or continue after 5 p . m . except in case of <br /> emergency upon specific permission of the ENGINEER . <br /> SC -6 . 06 Concerning Subcontractors , Suppliers , and Others <br /> SC-6 . 06 . C . Add the following sentence at the end of paragraph GC- 6. 06. C: <br /> OWNER or ENGINEER may furnish to any such Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or <br /> entity , to the extent practicable , information about amounts paid to CONTRACTOR on account <br /> of Work performed for CONTRACTOR by a particular Subcontractor, Supplier, or other <br /> individual or entity. <br /> SC -6 . 08 Permits <br /> SC-6 . 08 Add the following paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC- 6. 08. A : <br /> 1 . The OWNER has obtained the following permits (copies of these permits are <br /> contained in Appendix "A" ) : <br /> A . St . Johns River Water Management District - Permit no 400 061 smil27613 1 <br /> B . St , Johns River Water Management District - Permit no 40,,,061 - 127613.3 <br /> 2 . The CONTRACTOR shall obtain and pay for all other required permits and <br /> licenses . The CONTRACTOR shall provide copies of the permits to the <br /> OWNER and ENGINEER and shall comply with all conditions contained in <br /> the permits at no extra cost to the OWNER . <br /> 3 . The CONTRACTOR shall be familiar with all permit requirements during <br /> construction and shall be responsible for complying with these <br /> requirements . The cost of this effort shall be included in the pay item in <br /> which the work is most closely associated with . <br /> SC - 13 . 03 Test and Inspections <br /> SC- 13 . 03 . 13 . Delete the first sentence of paragraph GC- 13. 03. 6 in its entirety, and insert the <br /> following sentences in its place: <br /> A . OWNER shall employ and pay for the services of an independent testing laboratory to <br /> perform all initial inspections , tests , or approvals required by the Contract Documents <br /> except those inspections , tests , or approvals listed immediately below . Subsequent <br /> inspections , tests , or approvals required after initial failing inspections , tests , or approvals <br /> shall be paid for by the CONTRACTOR by back charge to subsequent applications for <br /> payment .
