12 . Temporary Construction Easement : Temporary Construction Easements . At or during <br /> the time of the construction of improvements , the Owner shall grant the County a 15 ft temporary <br /> construction easement along the south boundary of the Property ; a 10 ft temporary construction <br /> easement along the east boundary of the Property , and a temporary construction easement of a <br /> length and width as necessary to complete the turnout at 67th Avenue , as well as for the <br /> reconstruction of the residential driveway as depicted and specified on Knight , McGuire & <br /> Associates , Inc . drawings( Figures A and B ) , dated February 8 , 2010 , of Exhibit " B " attached <br /> hereto ; <br /> 13 . Joinderof Mortgagee : The undersigned , JACQUELINE J . THOMAS , is the owner and holder <br /> of that certain mortgage , which encumbers the Property and is recorded in O . R . Book 1881 , Page <br /> 1151 , in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County , Florida , and <br /> by <br /> execution hereof hereby agrees that she will release her lien of the mortgage on the property <br /> without consideration , but for the consideration agreed to be paid to the Seller as set forth in this <br /> Agreement . <br /> 14 . Lease - back : The County shall execute and deliver to Seller a lease of the Property at the <br /> Closing . The term of the lease shall begin the day of the Closing and end eighteen months <br /> later. The lease shall be for no additional consideration . Seller may seek to extend the lease <br /> past the termination date by making written request to the Board of County Commissioners prior <br /> to the expiration of the lease .
