MR. S.G. SMITH WAS PRESENT AT THE MEETING IN REGARD <br />TO THE PLACEMENT OF HIS MODULAR HOME IN A MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION. <br />PRIOR TO THE ADOPTION OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE, MR. SMITH'S <br />PROPERTY WAS ZONED RESIDENTIAL WHICH PERMITTED MODULAR HOMES, <br />ATTORNEY BURCH AND MR. DEWEY WALKER, ZONING INSPECTOR EXPLAINED <br />THIS TO THE BOARD AND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MOBILE HOME AND <br />A MODULAR HOME. ATTORNEY BURCH RECOMMENDED A CHANGE IN THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION <br />A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED <br />BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS AND UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED BY THE <br />BOARD TO ADVERTISE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO CHANGE THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE TO ALLOW.THE PLACEMENT OF MODULAR HOMES IN A PERMANENT <br />MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION. <br />ON MOTION MADE BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE REQUEST TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ABANDONMENT OF A ROAD IN <br />EUCALYPTUS PLACE SUBDIVISION, UNIT Z, AS DESCRIBED IN THE FOLLOWING <br />PETITION, AS MADE BY ATTORNEY CHARLES E.
