INDIANER AND RALPH HEASLEY OF STANDARD LIFE OF <br />OKLAHOMA, PRESENTED TO THE BOARD A "TAX SHELTERED ANNUITY PROGRAM" <br />FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COUNTY WHO ARE UNDER. -THE JURISDICTION OF THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
