RESOLUTION NO. 1 _
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, did, after public hearing,.make its final report recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public'hear-
<br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens -
<br />were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River.
<br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as
<br />follows:
<br />. 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />'described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Item The North 1/2 of the West 20.29 acres of Tract 4, Section
<br /># 1 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, according to the
<br />last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Com-
<br />pang, filed in the office.of the Clerk of the. Circuit Court
<br />of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; now
<br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, owned by
<br />Maguire's Vero Beach K O A, Inc.
<br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1TM Transient
<br />Mobile Home District.
<br />Item Commencing at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 30,
<br />2 Township 33 South, Range 40 East, and from thence run South
<br />along the East line of said NW 1/4 671.53 feet to the point
<br />of beginning; thence run West to the East right-of-way line
<br />of the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run Southeasterly
<br />along the East right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast
<br />Railroad to the South boundary line of the North 1/2 of the
<br />NW 1/4 of Section 30; thence run East to the SE corner of the
<br />NE 1/4 of the 14W 1/4 of said Section 30; thence run North a-
<br />long the East boundary of said NW 1/4 of Section 30 to the
<br />point of beginning; LESS AND EXCEPTING from the above parcel
<br />the South 360 feet thereof lying between the East right-of-way
<br />line of the Florida East Coast Railroad and the West right-of-
<br />way line of U. S. Highway #1, as in Deed filed in O.R. Book
<br />218, page 358; said land lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, owned by Anthony Elso.
<br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R -IMP Mobile Home
<br />Park District.
