The local vovernment rmzst agree'to accept the plants in order to insure <br />their perpetual operation. <br />elle are prepared to construct water and sewer plants which meet or exceed the <br />state health codes and to design the plant in such a way that it can be tied in vrith <br />any future raE.ional seworaoe systom. <br />tde ,.ould hive these plants to the county.
