OPM - 3089787 to Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State <br /> of Florida (Insured ) providing insurance as set forth in the Policy, and the Insured has <br /> made a claim against The Fund under its terms, which claim arises from , or is based upon , the <br /> following . <br /> A claim made by Vista Plantation Association , Inc . against the Insured concerning the <br /> fee simple title to that certain insured Statutory Warranty Deed being recorded in Official <br /> Records Book 2344, Page 476 , Public Records of Indian River County, Florida , as well as that <br /> certain Grant Of Easement deed recorded in Official Record Book 2344, Page 479 , Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida , as said Policy relates to those certain ingress and <br /> egress easements <br /> In consideration of the sum of Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Forty-four and <br /> No/ 100 Dollars ( $ 17 , 244 . 00) , the Insured hereby releases and discharges The Fund from all <br /> manners of action , causes of action , suits, debts , dues, accounts, contracts, agreements , <br /> questions, and demands in law or equity and , in particular, any claim , demand , right, action or <br /> cause of action , including attorney fees and court costs, arising from or based upon the facts <br /> described above . In addition , this Release shall apply to claims under any closing protection <br /> letter issued . <br /> Notwithstanding this Release , the Policy identified above shall continue in full force and <br /> effect with respect to any other matters insured against, except that the amount of insurance <br /> under the Policy shall be reduced according to the provisions of the " Conditions and <br /> Stipulations " . <br />
