THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED JIMMY WALKER'S REQUEST <br />TO PLACE ONE MOBILE HOME ON HIS PROPERTY AS AN ACCESSORY TO <br />AN AGRICULTURAL USE AND THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 72-27 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did make its final report denying Site Plan Approval, for the <br />following described property. located. in Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida; and <br />WHEREAS, appeals were filed, in writing, to the Board of <br />County Commissioners, according to Section 23, Paragraph I of the <br />Zoning Ordinance; that the Board of County Commissioners in its <br />regular meeting on Wednesday, April 5, 1972, did authorize public <br />hearings be held .with regard to such appeals, at which time parties <br />in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard: Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that final Site Plan Approval for one mobile <br />home as an accessory use, be granted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, on the following described property, <br />following a public hearing held by the Board of County Commissioners <br />in the Commission Room, Indian River County Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th day of April, 1972, the <br />decision of the Board of County Commissioners to be final, unless other- <br />wise appealed to the Courts. <br />E 1/2 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 15, Township 32 -South <br />Range 39 -East, being 20 acres.
