ON MOTION <br />BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD <br />UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ATTORNEY TO PURCHASE THE FOUR VOLUME <br />SET OF AMERICAN LAW OF ZONING AND YEARLY SUPPLEMENTS AS THEY <br />BECOME AVAILABLE, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED ALFRED LANE TO PERFORM YARD <br />MAINTENANCE AROUND THE MITCHELL BUILDING AT $17.00 PER MONTH <br />EFFECTIVE AS OF FEBRUARY 1ST, 1972. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MCCULLERS, THEBOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED .JAY A. IN THE BID OPENING OF 10:00 O'CLOCK A.M. FOR A <br />10u ARTESIAN WELL IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,994.46, $5.95 PER.FOOT FOR <br />CASING, $3.30 PER FOOT FOR DRILLING AS BEING THE LOWEST AND BEST <br />BID, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIAL TERMS OF THE CONTRACT.
