ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER Loy, CHAIRMAN BOGOSIAN VOTED IN FAVOR AND THE <br />MOTION WAS CARRIED TO ADOPT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-30 <br />WHEREAS, this Board previously did pass Indian River County <br />Ordinance No. 72-2 , known as "Rock Ridge Subdivision Street <br />Lighting District Ordinance", and <br />WHEREAS, a special referendum election was submitted to the <br />electors residing within the boundary of said district on March 14, <br />1972, and. <br />WHEREAS, the results of the referendum election have been <br />certified to the Board of County Commissioners by the Indian River <br />County Supervisor of Elections, which certificate stated that a <br />majority of the electors residing within the boundary of the district <br />have approved the adpotion of the Rock Ridge Subdivision Street <br />Lighting District Ordinance and have approved the levy of up to three <br />mills per annum on all taxable real property in the district for the <br />purpose of providing street lighting to the residents of the district, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County that the Rock Ridge Subdivision <br />Street Lighting District is hereby established in accordance with <br />Indian River County Ordinance No. 72-2 <br />APR 19 iT& <br />BOOK 15 '"A.:279 <br />, <br />
