mi <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MCCULLERS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ATTORNEY TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NEW COUNTY ORDINANCE ON <br />OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES# THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF <br />REVENUE HAS ASKED ALL COUNTIES TO INDICATE THEIR INTENT WITH <br />RESPECT TO THESE LICENSES BY JUNE 1, 1972. ; <br />ATTORNEY BURCH RECOMMENDED TO THE BOARD THE NEED. <br />FOR A UTILITIES BOARD IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. IT WAS SUGGESTED <br />THE UTILITIES BOARD WOULD EVALUATE PRIVATE SEWER AND WATER <br />TREATMENT PLANTS AND WOULD HANDLE FRANCHISES AND RELATED MATTERS <br />PERTAINING TO FRANCHISES. THE ATTORNEY WAS AUTHORIZED TO UP- <br />DATE FRANCHISE REGULATIONS. <br />THE BOARD THEN ADJOURNED AT 12:40.0'CLOCK P.M.
