A <br />4` ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SOY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DR'ITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION. <br />PARC <br />EL LNo�9.�(�-may <br />SECTIOPJ B8G30»?592 <br />STATE ROAD 605 <br />COUNTY OF rZin RV= <br />FAP NO. <br />RESOLUTION 72-37 <br />ON MOTION of Commissioner Loy seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas ; the following Resolution was <br />adopted. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation has located and proposes to con- <br />struct and improve State Road !0! , Section , in <br />ICY" HIM County, Florida, and <br />WHEREAS, in order for the Department of Transportation to further and <br />complete said project, it is necessary that certain lands now owned by <br />ISOM RIVFR County be acquired by the State of Florida for the use and <br />4 <br />benefit of the Department of Transportation of Florida-- and <br />. WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation having requested said County to <br />execute and deliver to the Department of Transportation a deed or deeds in favor <br />of the State of Florida, conveying all rights, title and interest that said <br />County has in and to said lands required for right of way for said State Road, <br />and said reqaest having been duly considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board' of County Commissioners of <br />said County that the Chairman and Clerk of said Board be and they are hereby <br />authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to the Department of <br />Transportation a deed or deeds in favor of the State of Florida conveying all <br />right, title and interest of said County, in and to said lands owned by said <br />County required for right of way for said State Road. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of the Resolution be forwarded <br />forthwith to the Department of Transportation at Tallahassee, Florida. <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />Iii s= RIVtR <br />COUNTY OF <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true copy of a Resolution adopted <br />by the Board of County Commissioners of 17IAII RI'VEr- County, Florida, <br />at a meeting held on the 10th day of May , A.D., 19 72 <br />Clerk of the Kbard of rCoanty Cbhissioners _ <br />of County, Florida <br />-13- <br />B_QUK • '�l;i 303- i <br />MAY 10 J" <br />
