HAVING PASSED THE <br />DEPUTY CLERK READ THE ABOVE,NOTICE WITH PROOF OF PUBLICATION ATTACHED <br />TO WIT: <br />THE CHAIRMAN THEN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE <br />HEARD, THERE WERE NONE AND UPON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MCCULLERS, <br />SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED <br />THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-33 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and Ldid, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, awned by Charles G. Palmer, and situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tracts 9 and 10, less the West 10 acres of Tract 10, Section <br />11, Township 33 -South, Range 38 -East, according to the last <br />general plat of Indian River Farms Company filed in the off- <br />ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25, less Indian River Farms <br />Drainage District rights-of-way and State Road 609 right-of- <br />way except that the N. E. Corner of Tract 9s <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to R-1MP Mobile Home <br />Park District. <br />Beginning at a point 40 feet west and 30 feet south of the <br />N. E. corner of Tract 9, thence running south on the exist- <br />ing State Road 609 right-of-way boundary a distance Of 480 <br />feet, thence west parallel to the north boundary of Tract 9 <br />a distance of 430 feet, then running north a distance of <br />480 feet parallel to the State Road 609 right-of-way, then <br />east 430 feet along the existing Indian River Farms drainage <br />district right-of-way boundary to the point of beginning._ <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District to C-1 Commercial Dis- <br />trict. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />MAY00B 15 <br />10 197 <br />
