Commercial Uses <br />a) General Office and Financial Services <br />-Professional Offices <br />-Insurance and Real -Estate Services <br />b) Business Services <br />-Advertising Agency <br />-Photography Studio <br />The following uses shall be permitted within the PRO, <br />Professional Office District, subject to the specific use <br />criteria established in Section 25.1, "Regulations for <br />Specific Land Uses" and review procedures established in <br />Section 25.2, "Review of Uses Requiring Administrative <br />Permits". <br />1. Institutional Uses (Sec. 25.1 (F)) <br />-Child and Adult Care Facilities <br />2. Community Service Uses (Sec. 25.1 (G)) <br />-Governmental Administration Buildings <br />E. Accessory Uses and Structures <br />As provided in Section 25 (G), "Accessory Uses and <br />Structures". <br />Permits <br />D.
