THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BF HFARP, THFRF <br />WERE NONE AND UPON LOTION.BY COMMISSIONER MCCULLF.P.S, SFCnNDFP PY rOMMISSIONFR <br />ri <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING PESOLUTIOM, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-42 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida= and,. <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning, Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the"accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by Wellford E. Hardee, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, Township 32 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, bounded on the South by Lindsey Road, the East <br />by Drainage District Lateral, the West and North sides being <br />bounded by H-0 Ranch, of which this property is a part, being <br />47.18 acres,, more.or less. <br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District to R-lMP <br />Mobile: Home Park District. <br />All within the meaning.and intent and as set forth.and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-7- <br />
