1 <br />B. For the purposes of this section, work authorized by <br />permits shall be considered commenced if, within six (6) <br />months, the complete foundation system has been <br />constructed, and said foundation has been inspected and <br />approved by the building official, or, if the permit is <br />issued for a structure using monolithic construction <br />methods, then the work shall be considered commenced if <br />the rough plumbing system has been installed and said <br />plumbing system has been inspected and approved by the <br />building official. <br />SECTION 4 <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE <br />10 This ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code of <br />Ordinances of Indian River County and the word "ordinance" may be <br />changed to "section," <br />if or other appropriate word and <br />sections of this ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to <br />accomplish such purposes. <br />SECTION 5 <br />SEVERABILITY <br />If any Section, or if any sentence, paragraph, phrase, <br />or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to be -unconstitu- <br />tional, inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance; and it shall be construed to <br />10, <br />have been the legislative,intent to pass the ordinance without such <br />unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 6 <br />EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt from <br />Secretary of State of the State of Florida of official acknow- <br />legement that this ordinance has been filed with the Department of <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian County, Florida, on this 19 day of <br />February , 1986. <br />Attest: <br />tat <br />FREDA WRIGHT, Cl k <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN'RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By 2 G Zd:41 <br />DON Co SCURLOCR, JR., Ch,Airman <br />
