THERE WERE NONE AND ON MOTION BY <br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MCCULLERS,_THE <br />BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF <br />.JUNE 7, 1972 AS WRITTEN. <br />HAROLD PAUTZKE, ZONING INSPECTOR REPORTED ON ZONING VIOLATIONS. <br />FRED T. GALLAGHER, ATTORNEY APPEARED REQUESTING THE ROARD'-S <br />CONSIDERATION TO ABANDON 35 FEET RIGHT OF WAY. BETWEEN THE EXISTING <br />.JUNGLE TRAIL AND A1A ON THE SOUTH LINE OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1, SECTION 23, <br />TOWNSHIP 31 S, RANGE 39_E. THE MATTER WAS REFERRED TO THE AD' <br />MINISTRATOR FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESENTED A LETTER FROM E X RICHARDSON <br />OF MACASPHALT CORPORATION REQUESTING A TEMPORARY ZONING PERMIT FOR <br />12 MONTHS TO OPERATE A HOT MIX ASPHALT PLANT IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />TO PRODUCE ASPHALTIC CONCRETE TO BE USED IN REBUILDING STATE ROADS <br />606 AND 6O9 AND ALSO INTERSTATE 95. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LOY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MCCULLERS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE REQUEST OF MACASPHALT <br />CORPORATION FOR A TEMPORARY.ZONI'NG PERMIT TO OPERATE AN ASPHALT PLANT <br />ON APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES - EAST OF THE FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT <br />CORPORATION TRANSMISSION LINES, NORTH OF STATE ROAD.512 IN SECTION 1Q, <br />TOWNSHIP 31 S, RANGE 38 E. <br />
