ti. <br />1.) THE DEVELOPER agrees to pave, curb and gutter 88th <br />Avenue for a width of twenty feet from State Road 60 to the <br />Northern boundary line of the Developer's property in accord- <br />ance with County requirements before the completion of the <br />presently planned construction on the property. <br />2.)
