(10) A list of all agencies (State, Federal or <br />local) having permit jurisdiction for the project. A copy <br />of all state, local, SJRWMD, and.federal permits shall be <br />submitted prior to issuance of a building permit. In cases <br />where a surface water management permit is required from the <br />SJRWMD, identical plans and calculations shall be submitted <br />for review and coordination between the County and the <br />SJRTIMD . <br />B. Within <br />twenty-one (21) calendar days of establishment of the lowest <br />floor elevations, or flood -proofing by whatever construction <br />means, or upon placement of the horizontal structural <br />members of the lowest floor, whichever is applicable, it. <br />shall be the duty of the .permit holder to submit to the <br />Community Development Director, a certification of the <br />elevation of the lowest floor, flood -proofed elevation, or <br />the elevation of the lowest portion of the horizontal <br />structural members of the lowest floor, whichever is appli- <br />cable, as built, in relation to mean sea level.
