ORDINANCE NO. 87- 19 <br />J. Drainage System Maintenance - Drainage facilities in <br />private developments shall be maintained so as to <br />accomplish effective drainage of the property. <br />Maintenance shall be provided by the owner when <br />properties are not dedicated to the County. Drainage <br />facilities within water control districts will remain <br />the responsibility of the taxing districts. <br />Where recurring drainage problems exist, the County may <br />initiate drainage improvements and assess the <br />benefiting owners in accordance with Special Assessment <br />Ordinance 81-27, <br />The County shall identify drainage problems within the <br />urban service area and correct such problems as <br />r <br />economically permissible. <br />K.
