ORDINANCE NO. 88 - <br />SECTION 7 <br />The Thoroughfare Plan Map of the Transportation Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended by: <br />Deleting 73rd Street east of U.S. 1 as a secondary <br />collector. <br />The transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan is <br />hereby amended by changing the functional classification <br />nomenclature of thoroughfare plan roads as follows: <br />1. "Arterial" roadway shall be known as "major arterial" <br />roadways, <br />2. "Primary Collector" roadways shall be known as "minor <br />arterial" roadways, <br />3. "Secondary Collector" roadways shall be known as <br />"collector" roadways; and <br />A new functional classification for specific roadways is hereby <br />created and shall be known as "Subdivision Collector", said <br />"subdivision collector" roadways shall be depicted on a new and <br />seperate map from the current thoroughfare plan map and shall <br />include the following roadways: <br />1. 43rd Avenue between 69th Street and 77th Street. <br />2. 2nd Street between 20th Avenue and Old Dixie Highway. <br />3. 73rd Street east of U.S. #1; and <br />As a result of the above changes of this section, the <br />Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan shall further be <br />amended as reprinted below: <br />
