REFERENDUM TO BE HELD <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />hereby authorizes and directs the holding of a referendum election <br />in the North Indian River County Fire District to be held on <br />November 4, 1986, at which election those qualified electors of the <br />Shall the authorized millage of the North <br />Indian River County Fire District be increased <br />from one-half mill to one mill per annum on each <br />dollar value of taxable property within the <br />District to cover the expenses of the District? <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />Should the majority of the electors at the election vote <br />for the increased millage, this ordinance (No. 86-51 ) shall become <br />effective upon receipt from the Secretary of State of Florida of <br />official acknowledgment that this ordinance has been filed with the <br />Department of State, otherwise, this ordinance shall be a nullity. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, on this 23rd day of July , <br />1986. <br />Approved as to form <br />and legal suffi .iency: <br />Q914 <br />Charles P.
