INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 86-4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES NO.. 82-26, ADOPTING A STANDARD BUILDING CODE, 1985 EDITION; ADOPTING THE FLORIDA MODEL ENERGY CODE FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, 1984 EDITION; ADOPTING THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, 1984 EDITION; ADOPTING THE STANDARD GAS CODE, 1985 EDITION, ADOPTING THE STANDARD PLUMBING CODE, 1985 EDITION; ADOPTING THE STANDARD MECHANICAL CODE, 1985 EDITION; ADOPTING THE STANDARD HOUSING CODE, 1985 EDITION; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE INTENT, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: of the Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby modified to read as follows: The Standard Building -Code, 1985 Edition, including Appendix "A", as published by the Southern Building Code Congress is hereby adopted by reference as the Indian River County, Florida Building Code, subject N to the limitations, exceptions and modifications set forth herein. ,SECTION 2 Indian River County Ordinance No. 82-26 and Section 4-31 Code. of the Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances is hereby modified to read as follows: The Standard Building -Code, 1985 Edition, including Appendix "A", as published by the Southern Building Code Congress is hereby adopted by reference as the Indian River County, Florida Building Code, subject N to the limitations, exceptions and modifications set forth herein. ,SECTION 2 of the Indian.
