BOX 288, VERO BEACH APPEARED <br />IN OPPOSITION TO A ZONING CHANGE AND MR. RODDENBERRY STATED THAT <br />DRAINAGE IN THIS AREA WOULD BE A PROBLEM. AL YANDA, ENGINEER WORKING <br />WITH COACHLAND COURT, INC. EXPLAINED HOW DRAINAGE COULD BE HANDLED <br />TO PREVENT FLOODING CONDITIONS. <br />HENRY THIGPEN, 218 S.W. 27TH AVENUE APPEARED IN FAVOR <br />OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK STATING THAT COACHLAND COURT, INC. IS AN <br />ATTRACTIVE PARK AND HE HAS NO OBJECTION TO THE ZONING CHANGE. <br />CHARLES PALMER APPEARED AND STATED HE HAD NO OBJECTION TO <br />THE ZONING CHANGE, <br />AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION, ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, <br />SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY DENIED <br />THE ZONING CHANGE FROM COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL TO R -IMP MOBILE <br />HOME PARK DISTRICT, ON PROPERTY IN SECTION 22-33-39, INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, <br />THE HOUR OF 10:00 O'CLOCK A.M.
