GOODWIN. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD, <br />THERE WERE NONE AND ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITfNBAS, SECONDED <br />BY COMMISSIONER MCCULLERS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING <br />RESOLUTION. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 724F <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing make its final report; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning trap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, owned by Edmond <br />r G. Goodwin, to -wit: <br />From the Northeast corner of Section 10, Township 33 -South, <br />Range 38 -East same being the Northeast corner of Tract 1 of <br />said Section 10 as shown on the plat of Indian River Farms <br />Company Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, <br />St. Lucie County Records; run South along the East line of <br />said Section 10 a distance of 510 feet; Thence run West para- <br />llel to the North line of said Section 10 a distance of 40 <br />feet to a point on the West right-of-way of 90th Avenue and <br />point of beginning; Thence continue West a distance of 200 <br />feet; Thence run South parallel to the East line of said Sec- <br />tion 10 a distance of 320 feet; Thence run West parallel to <br />the North line of Section 10 a distance of 610 feet to the <br />Easterly right-of-way of I-95; Thence run South along said <br />right-of-way a distance of 320 feet; Thence run East parallel <br />to the North line of Section 10 a distance of 810 feet to the <br />West right-of-way of 90th Avenue; Thence run North along said <br />right-of-way a distance of 640 feet to the point of beginning; <br />said parcel lying and being in Tract 1, Section 10, Township <br />33 -South, Range 38 -East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District and R-1MP Mobile Home <br />Park District to R-1'1'.1 Transient Mobile Home District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulations. <br />-E- <br />
