7/29/88.1((Jrd)L1=GAL(Vk)1Y <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 87-67 RELATING TO THE SOLID <br />WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT; PROVIDING THAT CHANGES TO <br />THE SCHEDULE OF EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND <br />PROPERTY CLASSIFICATIONS AND USE CODES BE MANE BY <br />RESOLUTION RATHER THAN BY ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS; <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County that. <br />SECTION -1_-- METHOD OF CHANGING EQUIVALENT RESIDENTIAL <br />UNIT ATTACHMENT AND PROPERTY CLASSIFICATION AND USE CODE <br />ATTACHMENT <br />"Section -13_— Other Fees, Rates, and Charges," <br />which reads as follows. <br />"The SVVDD shall have the power at any time by <br />resolution after a public hearing to adopt rates, fees, and <br />charges for service costs other than those recovered by <br />disposal charge against assessable property." <br />shall be amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 13. Other Fees, Rates, and Charges <br />---------------------------------------- <br />The SWDD shall have the power at any time by resolution <br />after a public hearing to adopt rates, fees, and charges for <br />service costs other than those recovered by disposal charge <br />against assessable property. The SWDD also shall have the <br />power to amend Attachments 1 and 2 to this ordinance at any <br />time by resolution after a public hearing." <br />SECTION 2_ --EFFECTIVE DATE <br />i0e-�- <br />J <br />This ordinance shall become effective upon receipt from <br />the Secretary of the State of Florida of official <br />acknowledgment that this ordinance has been filed with the <br />Department of State. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, on this <br />23rd day of August 19880 <br />
