UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />ADVISE MIKE FEDICK THAT HIS REQUEST TO PURCHASE FROM THE COUNTY FIRST <br />STREET, IN AMBERSAND BEACH SUBDIVISION, UNIT N0. 2, WAS DENIED. <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESENTED A LETTER FROM WALLACE <br />MCCORMICK, COUNTY SUPERVISOR FOR FARMER'S HOME ADMINISTRATION <br />WHICH INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST <br />THE COUNTY WITH SEWER AND DRAINAGE INFORMATION. THE BOARD <br />SUGGESTED THE ADMINISTRATOR INVITE MR. MCCORMICK AND THE COUNTY'S <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS DR. DAVID SMITH AND JAMES L. BEINDORF TO THE. <br />NEXT MEETING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONE-R MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MCCULLERS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />REPLACE THE CULVERT AND BUILD A SMALL BRIDGE AT WILLOW STREET AND <br />DITCH #12 IN FELLSMERE, <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR ADVISED THE BOARD OF A RECURRING SITUATION <br />IN PINEVIEW PARK EXTENSION SUBDIVISION INVOLVING , WHO IS RESPONSIBLE <br />FOR PAVING OF THE STREETS IN THIS SUBDIVISION. THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />STATED THAT THE PLAT HAD NOT BEEN RECORDED AND THE TITLE OF THE <br />STREET BELONGS TO THE DEVELOPER. THE BOARD RECOMMENDED THE <br />ADMINISTRATOR WRITE TO FARMER'S HOME ADMINISTRATION INFORMING THEM <br />THAT THIS PROBLEM HAD BEEN DISCUSSED BY THE BOARD AND IT IS THE <br />BOARD'S OPINION THAT FARMER'S HOME ADMINISTRATION BE RESPONSIBLE <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROADS AS SHOWN ON THE ORIGINAL TENTATIVE <br />PLAT. COPIES OF THE LETTER ARE TO BE SENT TO ALL THE HOME OWNERS <br />IN THIS SUBDIVISION, U.S. SENATOR LAWTON M.
