IL: LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT OF <br />APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE; PRO- <br />VIDING FOR PROHIBITION OF OUTDOOR MANUFACTURING, <br />ASSEMBLY, PROCESSING, AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES, AND ESTA- <br />BLISHING CONCRETE BLOCK AND BRICKS, CONCRETE PRODUCTS, <br />GYPSUM PRODUCTS, AND MINERALS AND EARTHS, GROUND OR <br />OTHERWISE TREATED AS PERMITTED USES; AND PROVIDING FOR <br />REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, CODIFICATION, SEVER- <br />ABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that: <br />SECTION 1 <br />Section 21(A).(b) is hereby amended as follows: <br />Section 21,(y. IL: Light Industrial District. <br />(b) Permitted Uses. In the IL, Light Industrial District, <br />no building, ¢t structure or lot shall be erected, <br />altered or used, except for one or more of the fol- <br />IL district as an accessory use to any allowable use <br />contained within a building. No outdoor manufacturing, <br />assembly, processing or similar activities shall be <br />permitted. Site plan review shall be required for all <br />uses, pursuant to the provisions of sections 23.1. <br />(5) Industrial Uses: <br />a. Apparel and other fabric products. <br />b. Chemical and allied products: <br />Drugs and similar pharmaceutical supplies <br />c. <br />Electrical <br />and <br />be <br />electronic <br />the <br />lowing. <br />Outdoor storage <br />shall permitted within <br />IL district as an accessory use to any allowable use <br />contained within a building.
