Frontage Road Systems and Access Ease- <br />ments. <br />Nonresidential developments fronting <br />major and minor arterials shall establish <br />�i/,dr61111kbkbkb//sh1kY/iz'�lale front- <br />age/marginal access roads. Marginal <br />access roads shall be designed to connect <br />adjacent properties and may be parking <br />lot driving aisles. Where _required, <br />marginal access roads must lie within a <br />marginal access easement granted by the <br />developer, approved by the County Attor- <br />ney, and recorded in the public records. <br />All marginal access roads must be paved <br />according to applicable standards, except <br />that the Public Works Director may allow <br />the paving cost to be escrowed where <br />appropriate. All access points to <br />marginal access roads shall be designated <br />as temporary unless otherwise approved by <br />the Public Works Director.
