"LANGUAGE AND DEFINITIONS", AND SECTION 25 <br />"GENERAL PROVISIONS" OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF LAWS <br />AND ORDINANCES, KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE, PERTAINING TO <br />THE PLACEMENT OF TRELLISES, POOL ENCLOSURES, AND <br />SATELLITE DISH ANTENNAS .IN YARDS; PROVIDING FOR REVISED <br />DEFINITIONS OF FRONTAGE, THROUGH LOT, FRONT YARD, AND <br />REAR YARD; AMENDING PERMITTED YARD ENCROACHMENTS; <br />AMENDING SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA LOCATION RESTRICTIONS; <br />AND PROVIDING FOR ALTERNATE SECTIONS, CODIFICATION, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />Section 2. An interior lot having <br />frontage on two streets. <br />Yard, front.
