"SITE PLAN REVIEW AND <br />APPROVAL PROCEDURES", AND SECTION 23.3. "SITE <br />PLAN REVIEW STANDARDS", OF APPENDIX A OF THE CODE <br />OF LAWS AND ORDINANCES, KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE, <br />PERTAINING TO MINOR SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS; PROVIDING FOR DELETING <br />THE REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF MARGINAL <br />ACCESS ROADS, SIDEWALKS AND BIKEPATHS; ALLOWING <br />FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY RESERVATION RATHER THAN <br />DEDICATION; AND EXPANDING THE THRESHOLD FOR <br />ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS OF MODIFICATIONS AND <br />AMENDMENTS TO APPROVED SITE PLANS; AND PROVIDING <br />FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, <br />CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />Paragraph 23.1. (f) (1) c. is hereby amended as follows. <br />(f) Procedure for review and approval of minor site plans. <br />(1) Applicability. <br />c. Other minor improvements. Projects which involve <br />additions to tt0) 4¢¢i4XJ Att ¢qb¢d site plans for <br />existing developments including: 4044404, <br />0440 404, 15¢¢44, X¢4¢¢4, 04444, buildings, parking <br />areas and driveways which exceed the threshold for <br />administrative approval and which do not exceed <br />the thresholds of paragraphs "a" and "b", above. <br />Subsection 23.1.
