All such additional assessed costs collected by <br />the aforesaid courts sha l l be deposited in t1h / j kAkt hA / fhhfI <br />6 f / /IkHi/aH /I9H f / ICJoANtly a local l aw enforcement education <br />training fund of the county to be used for approved law <br />enforcement training by said county. <br />PART B. ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT OF CIVIL PENALTIES. <br />In addition, pursuant to Section 318.21, Florida <br />Statutes, twenty-five percent of all civil penalties <br />;received by a county court for violations occurring within <br />the unincorporated area of the county shall be used to fund <br />the local law enforcement education fund. <br />INCORPORATION IN CODE, <br />This Ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code <br />of Laws and.Ordinances of Indian River County and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other <br />appropriate word and the sections of this Ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such purposes. <br />APPLICABILITY. <br />It is hereby provided that this Ordinance shall <br />constitute a uniform law applicable in all the <br />unincorporated and incorporated areas of Indian River <br />CODING: �f��i�k/fyi��►hdifi. passages are deletions.
